Pricing

Villa Montroc is rented on a monthly rental period. Rental is available in July and August 2010.

Rent pricing includes the salary of the professional gardener, taking care daily of the swimming pool and weekly of the estate. Rent pricing also includes electricity and water consumption, one gas cylinder with a reserve cylinder full.

Bed sheets, pillow covers, kitchen clothes, beach and bath towels are included in the price, not their cleaning and pressing. The villa, its content, the swimming pool and its area, are rented in order and clean. They should be left as such: dishes and glasses put away, all textiles accessories cleaned and pressed, the villa cleaned. Any expense incurred, to restore the estate (villa, swimming pool and pool area) as it was found by the tenant at his or her arrival, would be charged at cost up to €500.

Extra charges

1. Damages of equipment, furniture, curtains, glasses, swimming pool equipment, etc.
2. Laundry and cleaning expenses to restore the estate (villa, swimming pool and pool area) as it was found by the tenant at his or her arrival, would be charged at cost up to €500.
3. Telephone expenses.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to Secure Reservation of the Estate and of the Maid with balance due one month before arrival date. Final payment includes the second 50% and a security/breakages/laundry-cleaning deposit. Refund of that deposit less any expenses will be made within 14 days of the end of the rental.
